1. Agreement

By accessing or using GetQRPe (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

GetQRPe provides tools to publish digital menus, accept or display orders, and manage venue operations. Features may change as we improve the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for user access control in your venue and for actions performed by your staff accounts.

4. Your content

You retain rights to menus, images, and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed for any content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or overload our systems;
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to use;
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits except where law permits.

We may suspend or restrict access immediately for suspected abuse, security threats, or legal non-compliance.

6. Fees

If you subscribe to paid plans, fees and billing terms will be presented at purchase or in a separate order form. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. You are responsible for compliance with food safety, pricing, tax, and consumer regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetQRPe and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, one hundred currency units).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or others, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination, including payment obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetQRPe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local rules apply.
